What data do we collect?

Petra collects the following data:

For customers, when Petra processes your order, it may send your data to our factory in Jordan for the purpose of fulfilling the order to your satisfaction.

Petra securely stores your data in the following way:

  • For customers – on our secure servers at our offices in Jordan
  • For customers and subscribers to our website we also store your data with HubSpot who we use for the purposes of Customer Relationship Management (CRM). HubSpot act as data processors on our behalf and details of their relevant policies can be found here.  Alternatively, please contact us directly for more information.

 

Petra will keep your name, email address, mobile telephone number and job title for 12 (twelve) months from the last time you respond to one of our communications or use our website. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data by removing your details as a ‘Contact’ on the HubSpot CRM and also upload your details to HubSpot as part of a deletion file which means you will not be contacted again with your consent

 

Marketing

Petra would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like.  If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out later.

You have the right at any time to stop Petra from contacting you for marketing purposes.  If you no longer wish to be contacted for marketing purposes, please email your instruction to UKadmin@petra-ww.com.
